Hello, everyone who visits me, you're in luck because today I'm going to cook Empanadas! For you too @intrepidsurfer
If in Venezuela a Venezuelan who does not eat empanadas is not a Venezuelan either, it is very traditional in every corner of Venezuela to see a stall selling empanadas, in every region, state, city they have their own way of making them, for example in Cumaná they put a touch of sugar in the dough, the zazi are very famous.
It is very easy to make simple, but requires care when frying.
Ingredients: corn flour, water, salt, filling as you like.
After kneading, the dumplings are made.
The dough is spread on a bag, so that it does not stick, pass the hand with water or a little bit of oil.
Stuff the dough in the center, it should be round and not too thick.
Then you join both ends, with something that has a sharp edge you mark it and give it the shape of an empanada or a half moon.
And fry it when the oil is very hot.
The empanadas are mostly ideal for breakfast or dinner, the children's lunch boxes take to school.
When you eat it if you have a guasacaca is world and a juice, coffee or soda.
