Homemade Khachapuri + Recipe

Hi Food Lovers,

Today we, my wife and I, made Khachapuri for dinner again. Even though the name is little strange, this was an absolutely mouthwatering dish. Therefore I thought to share the recipe with you.

For the first time, we made this during the first wave of coronavirus. At that time, we did not have cheese at home. Therefore we filled it with chicken. But the taste was excellent.

Khachapuri has a simple recipe

Step 1: First you want to make the dough, and it should look like my images.

Step 2:Then add cheese generously on it.

Step 3: Next keep it in a preheated oven for 18min. Temperature should be 220 Celsius or 428 Fahrenheit.

Step 4: Then take the dish out and make a room in the middle of the dish and add an egg on it.

Step 5: Finally, keep it again inside the oven till the egg cooks well.
