My First Try in Making Homemade "Puto Cheese"

On my previous days I have told you that I made a "Puto Cheese" together with the cup cakes. But since puto cheese was my very first try in making this, I didnt forgot to document it. So lets start in making puto cheese. It is very easy and Im pretty sure your family will do love it. A perfect snack partnered with juice for a perfect bonding of with your family.
INGREDIENTS:
- all purpose flour
- white sugar
- melted butter
- egg
- vanilla essence
- hot water
- milk (evaporated or fresh)
- baking powder
- cheese
PROCEDURE:
1.Gather all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder) and mixed them together in a bowl.
2.Stirr it thoroughly until it mixed well.
3.Then in a separate bowl mixed also the wet ingredients (egg, evaporated milk, melted butter and vanilla).
4.Mixed thouroughly until it look like this.
5.After you've done those mixing thing, get another bowl the big one then combined the dry ingredients mixture and the wet ingredients mixture.
6.Mixed it well again and after,prepare the molder to start steaming.
7.Put the combined mixture into a molder and cheese at the center and steam it for 25-30 minutes.
8.Before turning on the steam pot cover first the steam cover with cloth to avoid the water into the mixture.
9.After 30 minutes the long wait is over. It's done. And removed it into the steam pot and let it cool for a minute before removing it in a molder.
10.Ready to Serve
Just us easy as that everyone. Sorry for the texture. It's not as perfect as what you saw in a bakeshop but its too good enough for a first timer like me.☺☺☺ So now lets taste our cheesy yummy puto cheese.
