Shrimp Sinigang- one of a Filipino Dishes
Ingridients:
1/4 fresh shrimp
1 onion (peeled & sliced)
1 tomato (sliced)
1 tie upland kangkong (selected the leaves)
1 long green pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tamarind mix powder
Instructions:
Boil water in caserole, add the salt, onion and tomato until softens.
Add the upland kangkong and long green pepper wait to medium cooked (2minutes)
Add the shrimp & tamarind
powder, continue to boil for 3 minutes. (Added the shrimp on last to avoid rubbery texture)
Ready to serve.
