Ulog #251: Marinated Ribeye Steaks
Since the catering side of my business has come to an absolute standstill due to the movement control imposed by the government in this pandemic, me and my brother have had to come up with some other ideas to generate revenue. We've tried a few different approaches which included a change of menu items from burgers to more one pot sorta cooking; to supplying marinated raw meats at a cheaper price as we exclude the cooking part of the charges.
It's been an adjustment but we've manage to find a rhythm to our now "new" old business and have gotten comfortable to the changes. So from a catering business and a burger truck, we've now become a frozen food supplier and food delivery company. What a transition! `` haha
Here is one of our hottest selling items so far which a lot of people have come to love and enjoy cooking for themselves; ribeye steak. We even came up with a steak cooking competition as part of our marketing efforts to get the word out as well as reward those that have been buying our meats and supporting us in this lockdown.
Here's one that we made ourselves with the thinner and uneven cuts that didn't pass our quality standard. We get to cook and eat them ourselves ~~ ahhh ~~~ the perks of F&B .... haha
