Spicy Beef Curry

My homemade spicy beef curry seasoned with a lot of spices.

My family and I love spicy dishes and this is just one of our favorites. This can be quite a time killer since the beef has to tenderized. But trust me the wait is worth it!

And since I don't have a food processor at home, I used my blender instead. Added a small part of water for easy blending.

This dude helped a lot with my cooking. My saviour, my pressure cooker.
