Cooking time 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Dried apricots 170 g
  • Almonds not roasted 200 g
  • Almond oil 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Chia seeds 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Vanilla extract ½ teaspoon
  • Ground nutmeg ¼ h. Spoons
  • Ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Water 1-2 tbsp. spoons
  • Coconut flakes 50 g

Preparation

one. Put dried apricots, almonds, almond oil, chia in a blender bowl. Add vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt.

2 ․ Grind everything at low speed for a few minutes. Add a spoonful of water and continue grinding. If the mass is too dry and crumbles, add another spoonful of water.

3 ․ From the resulting mass, form into balls about the size of walnuts or bars and roll in coconut.

four. Place on a parchment-lined dish and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

You just need to mix all the ingredients and roll them into balls. Dried fruits can be pre-cut into small pieces. I specifically added sesame flour for better absorption of the sesame itself and flaxseed oil due to healthy fats, but also to give the desired consistency. Finished balls can be rolled in coconut flakes or crushed oatmeal.

If you do not know where to buy high-quality oil, then I advise you to pay attention to the Live Oil store , the guys have a good selection of both oils and healthy flour, they are doing what they love with the whole family. In addition, fast enough delivery from Krasnodar to Moscow. On this note, I might say goodbye, because it's lunch time in Bali, and you can't break your diet.

Have a nice day!
