Even if such giants are forced to change, then what can we say about small businesses and company employees!

Remote work is already becoming the norm. As a result, we observe how positions, professions, and requirements for employees are being revised. It's always tempting to switch to your favorite show or hobby. And, if your business requires effort and bargaining with yourself, then without the usual office supervision, the chances of distraction grow rapidly. Now is the time to pause, listen to yourself and decide: what kind of work would I enjoy doing even while sitting at home? What do I really want?

Secondly, self-organization . You independently organize your workplace, you decide for yourself when and how intensively you work. You yourself hand over the completed work on time. You decide what to do ... or you get stuck in endless zoom meetings and suffer from procrastination. To stay highly effective, it is important to work on yourself first and find the motivation, desire, and ability to focus on the task at hand.

Third, social adaptability . Even if you are a deeply introvert and do paperwork, you still need social and communication skills: understanding people, the ability to find approaches, explore needs and "pains". In any case, you will have to talk with customers, management or contractors and employees, stay in touch throughout the day in order to respond in a timely manner to important requests. Communication has not disappeared anywhere - it has only been transformed.
