Hello everyone i hope you will be fine and enjoying good health by the grace of almighty allah who is the most merciful and gracious to everyone.

Today ,I'm really happy as i am going to become the part of the life style ,the community of creative which is generated creative work by appreciation the life style creator contents.

So ,let's start my introduction in this amazing community life style.my name is rida arif and here in steemit my username is also the same which is @ridaarif and i am a bankers to the last year and my designation as a( BSO) in habib metropolitan bank .and my education is m.com from university of central punjab .

And let's main topic is happiness.

Happier people have better mental and physical health ,more meaning full relationships and are more productive at work.but we are being taught who to live a happier life?

We are sharing four steps to help you to live a happier everyday.

1:Smile

You tend to smile when you are happy.but it is actually a two way -street.

We smile because we are happy,and smiling cause the brain to release dopamine which makes us happier.
That doesn't mean you have to go around with a fake smile plastered on your face all the time.
But the next time you find yourself feeling low,
Crack a smile and see what's happens .or try starting each morning by smiling at your self in the mirror .

2:EXERCISE

Exercise is not just your body.Regular exercise can help to reduce the stress,feelingS of an anxiety ,and symptoms of depression while boosting self steem and happiness .

Evena small amount of physical activity can make a difference .

Consider these exercises starters:

☆ Take a walk around the block every night after dinner.

☆sign up for the bignners class in yoga or tai chi.

☆start your day with 5 minutes of stretching .

Reminds yourself of any fun activities you once enjoyed, but that have fallen by the way side.or activities you always wanted to try,such as golf,bowling and dancing.

:3 Get plenty of sleep

Now matter how much modern society steers us towards less sleep,wo know that sleep is good health ,brain functions and emotional well-being.
More adults need about 7 or 8 hours of sleep every night .if you find yourself fighting the urge to nap during the day or just generally feel like you're in a fog,your body may be telling you its need more rest.
Here are a few tips to help you build a better sleep routine:

☆Go to bed and wake up at the same time everday including weekends.

☆keep your bedroom dark ,cool, and quite.

☆invest in some good bedding.

☆if you have to take a nap,try to limit it to 20 minutes.

4:EAT WITH MOOD IN MIND

You already know that food choiceS have an impact on your overall physical health.but some food are also affect the state of mind.

For exmple:
☆VEGETABLES
☆BEANS
☆whole grains
It is so better .
Try to this method for a better life style happiness and hope you are all steemians to enjoy my life style happiness and let me now if you enjoy my content.
