Tomato and Meatball Soup with Bean Curd
INGREDIENTS.
1 tomato, 1 piece of tofu, 300g minced pork, moderate amount of green onion, moderate amount of grated ginger, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp salt, moderate amount of sweet potato powder, 1 tbsp black pepper powder, ½ tbsp chicken essence.
Steps to prepare.

  1. Add the minced ginger, salt, sesame oil and chicken essence to the meat mixture and mix well. Add the sweet potato flour and a little water. Mix well and marinate for a while.

  2. Cut the tofu into large thick pieces and the tomatoes into small pieces. Add a little oil to the pan, stir-fry the tomatoes to get the red juice and add the chopped onion and ginger. Mix in the water and bring to the boil. Mix in the right amount of water and bring to the boil. Use a spoon to form a ball of meat and add it to the pot
