Hello and welcome to this important topic that is very crucial to our daily living, before I start I will like to tell you or remind you what the immune system is; According to BetterHealth.com, The Immune System is a complex networks of cells and proteins that defends the body against infections and diseases. The immune system keeps a record of every germ (microbe) it has ever defeated so it can recognize and destroy the microbe quickly if it enters the body again.

So the question now is how can you boost this complex network of cells naturally?
Because like the saying "Health is Wealth ".

  • Eating a Balance Diet

A balance diet is a diet that has different types of food for the sole purpose of providing the needed amount of nutrients needed for good health.
So when you eat a well balanced diet everyday the nutrients required by your immune system will always by at 100%.

  • Sleep for 8hours and reduce stress

All work and no rest can lead to the break down in function of the immune system. Some people work for 12 hours come home don't rest and sleep for 4hours and hoping all will be alright with their immune system. Even God the Creator of Heaven and Earth rested on the seventh day
If you don't pick a day to rest your body will pick one for you and you will not like the day it picks.

  • Exercise:

Opinion by experts has it that regular exercise helps the antibodies to circulate faster and helps the white blood cells discover an unwanted infection/germs a lot Earlier and faster and as stress has negative effect on the immune system, exercise on the other hand contribute to the release of the Hormones that makes one happy (Endorphins).

  • Drink Water, Not Alcohol and Stop Smoking

Drinking a lot of water helps in carrying oxygen to the body's cells and the immune system is made up of complex cells therefore the immune system needs lots of water.
On the other hand, Alcohol and smoking is bad for it as alcohol gives the cells too much work to do from detoxifying itself, to fighting germs and infections.
Well like we all know smokers are liable to die young, maybe from the harmful substances such as carbon monoxide, nicotine, nitrogen oxides and many more they take in, all these toxins have a negative effect on the growth of the immune system.

  • Meditation:

Meditation, yoga or just relaxing on the couch as long as it keeps stress away, its a good routine. Always try meditation and practice mindfulness
