I can't even imagine how people who have such thoughts feel.

I've had many situations in my life where I could thought i hate my life. In fact, all of these situations happened when I was a teenager, during the period of adolescent maximalism. At that time, everything seemed too important, and I was too dramatic. It's a pity that so many people have these thoughts as adults. Unfortunately, some people cannot even get rid of this idea and may commit suicide. If you hear this phrase from your friends or relatives, try to help them see a therapist. A dramatic tendency to be derogatory about one's personality or life is found in people suffering from mental disorders, including depression. I will definitely help the person with this!
