• MacGyver is an American Action and Adventure based TV series aired on ABC Channel from September 29, 1985 to May 21, 1992. The story of this TV show revolves around a brilliant Secret Agent named Angus MacGyver.
• MacGyver, whose main asset was sharp intellect, could save himself from any kind of complex situation by utilizing the sharpness of this intellect and applying the self-interest of practical science to anything lying around. Most importantly, MacGyver had no firearms with him except a Swiss Army knife, and the scientific knowledge he used was not a bizarre story but a proven fact. This is the difference between MacGyver and 8/10 TV series.
• MacGyver was once regularly broadcast on BTV (every Wednesday) and ETV (every Tuesday). MacGyver was one of the most popular foreign TV series in Bangladesh. A craze was felt in those days.
