BEATS: THE MOVIE

HELLO EVERYONE.
I will love to share this very interesting American movie with you guys.
At the hearing or pronunciation of the name what comes to mind it music.
Yes this movie is about music production but there is more to it than just the music.

Beats is a 2019 American coming-of-age-drama film directed by Chris Robinson, from a screenplay by Miles Orion Feldsott. The film stars Anthony Anderson, Khalil Everage, Uzo Aduba, Emayatzy Corinealdi, Paul Walter Hauser, Dave East, Ashley Jackson, Evan J. Simpson, and Dreezy, and follows a reclusive, teenage music prodigy forms an unlikely friendship with a struggling producer. United by their mutual love of hip-hop, they try to free each other from the demons of their past and break into the city's music scene. It was released onto Netflix on June 19, 2019, and received generally positive reviews from critics.

At first I was thinking it was one of this movies not worth my time, but I accidentally bumbed into this great movie in my playlist and decided to give it a try.

The movie started with a tragic death of Kari, August sister this left the young blood (August) in a state of continual trauma land fear for people.
Their mom out of fear of loosing both her daughter and husband got scared and didn't want to loose her only son too.
So she decided to do what she taught was best for both she and her son not knowing she was slowly killing a whole talent.
She got the boy(August) locked up in his room with no friends and anybody to talk to.

It all happened that Vennessa the school principal of August happen to be complaining of low attendance rate and threaten cut personnel if attendance does not increase. She so therefore hired her ex-husband, Romelo, to go try to talk students who have left school for some time to what was the problem and try talking them back to school.
This was kind of hard at first, on one of his visit, he bumbed into August and that was how the whole story started.

August on the other hand was in his room doing what he does best. Beast production. Romelo on the other was a producer but things went side ways for him so he had to quite.
As faith could make it he excused August mother with the intentions of using the bathroom and sneaked into August room on to put the Young blood into some kind of his usual shock or fobia for people contact.
Romelo never gave up on the boy as days went back he began to visit August when his mother was out for work and they became acquainted with each other. Things was progressing not until one night Romelo decided to take August out with Niyah the girl August has feelings for.

Romelo on the other hands sees August as a redemption to himself and was trying to do every thing humanly possible to see that the young blood hits/meet the required standard. After the outing things went well but on reaching home August mom had already called the cops that was were all the long run nearly came to an end. Romelo was arrested but was released, he didnt stop there he still went further convince August mother to allow the boy do what he loves.
August on this hand later got pissed with the whole thing, not been able to go with the girl of his dream to prom and decided to destroy all his musical sets.

To cut the long story short I will end by saying August later got hold of himself and with the help of Romelo he finally started school back and thereafter he was able to hangout with the girl of his dreams.

This is more like a summary to the whole story I will encourage you guys to go watch the movie it has a lot to teach.

LESSONS LEARNT

No matter the situation we shouldnt allow our destiny to be put to an end by an incident of the past

We should always give chances for innovation (innovations that are positive) in our lives

Trust is something that is earned not given

We should all let love lead
