Everyone has his/her way of acting in response to a particular situation or a thing and we can all tell that these actions are not the same all the time. Sometimes some seem similar and other times too, they're not. Our various individual responses to what we think about something, someone or a situation in simple terms, is what we describe as "behavioural diversities."

We most at times have expectations as to how someone should respond to a stimulus but the thing is, not everyone is like you. What you like best is what someone hates most and what you consider nonsense is seriously sensible to someone.

Usually these diversities are caused by certain factors like, genetic makeup, environmental exposure, style of upbringing, needs of the individual, present situation and etc. Some school of thoughts even group these factors into physical, emotional, psychological and social factors.

We always find ourselves in situation where we get to meet different people from all walks of life and as we do, we have to get a common understanding that each of these people we meet will have a different way of responding to a certain stimulus. Someone can get angry at a joke that someone else actually laughed about.

Our main focus should not be on how the person respond to stimuli or what makes one happy or angry. Although that's also important, we should also learn to create an environment that can host these diversities. If you say something that to you it's funny but to the other party it's annoying, please don't be quick to judge them. Try not to get upset because the above stated factors might be the cause.

So, instead of reacting negatively, prob further to understand where they're coming from, how they were raised, what they're going through and what their temperaments are. Avoid all necessary triggers and also cope with their sensitivities. Trust me...unlike poles do attract well enough.

Thanks for reading ☺️❤️

We all have our way of behaving. Not all behaviours are the same so we must learn to adjust with people only if we want them by our side. Thank you for sharing with us friend keep sharing and try to power up to strengthen your club initiatives. Steem on!
