Good evening steemians. I hope you are enjoying steemit life. Let us try as much as possible to join the eligible club initiatives and power up to support various communities.
Today being weekend , I didn't go to work but rather went to construction site to supervise a construction work. I woke up early as usual to pray and afterwards I spent 2 hours to read through one of my work training book. Actually I write exams every week so I need to be consistent with my studies. At 7:30 am , I was done with the studies but I was feeling sleepy. I slept for an hour and woke up at 8:45 am , I prepared myself and left the house to the construction site .
Though the site is not far , at times I wish I can walk as means to exercise my body but the road that lead to the construction site is very dusty and I don't want to incur any sickness out of it so I board a tricycle with a fare of 0.72 Steem.
I got to the construction site at 9:00 am. The workers were already there moulding blocks whiles others were working on concrete mixing , concrete casting and block laying.
Barely 5000 blocks has been manufactured within a week. They were almost up to completion of the total blocks.
There were shortage of cement for the blocks moulding so I quickly arranged for 15 bags just to complete today's work.
I also took my time to monitor those who were laying the foundation blocks. Though I am not a building expect neither a contractor but the basic knowledge I have in construction helped me to supervise them very well. My duty is just to monitor not to give instructions or directions in relation with the building.
I spent about 6 hours at the site. I was very tired. The sun was too much , I couldn't withstand with the high temperature. So I decided to come home to have a rest.
I didn't go straight to the house but rather went to my fashion designer to collect my attire for Eid Fitr celebration. I went there and he was not done with it . He told me to come back 2 hours time . I told him that, I would rather spent the 2 hours with him and wait for it , he agreed. Less than 2 hours , he was done and he packaged it for me. I was very happy .
I quickly leave the shop and walk to my house. The distance from the shop to my house is about 5 minutes. I came home and had a rest without performing any task again . This is the end of my activities. Thank you for your endless support. I love you
