Garlic for high blood pressure !!!

A common problem with the current generation due to bad food habits, sedentary life style and alcohol addiction is high BP.

High blood pressure, also called hypertension, a very known disease today, and billions worldwide is now taking different pharmaceutical drugs to treat it. So billions of dollars is wasted to treat this.

Cholesterol is the main culprit behind high BP. They builds up in fatty plaques on the artery walls, and which create difficulty in the flow of blood to and from heart easily. So indirectly, which reduces the cholesterol levels in blood, helps to keep the heart healthy.

Garlic is very good for reducing and controlling the cholesterol level. Taking two or three cloves of garlic in empty stomach will be very good for people with high BP.
