Oh yum! Both yours and @owasco's looked delish! Even better when they carry such feelings of love and memory with them. I love a good marinated cucumber salad, too! I can't stand a lot of heat, but boy do I like vinegar and acid. Especially with cukes! I'm about to make some spuds for dinner if I can drag myself away from the computer to get back in the kitchen...
