Besides this soup being absolutely dreamy, I am sorry to hear about your B12 troubles. I wonder why you are having this reacquiring problem. I personalty had to cut down on B12 supplement because my level was too high.

Anyway, I pray you get better soon, but keep us posted 💚🙏💚

Thanks lena. We'll figure it out. What is your main b12 source? Curious to know as I don't want to rely on supplements. Getting nutrients from whole plant foods is always the best way to nourish our body and soul
