Nice, keto worked for a friend of mine that lost a lot of weight and I believe he did a 1800 deficit that whole time too. If you choose to keep doing keto I hope it goes great for you.

    I am planning to do keto diet for another 5 months, until the beginning of July. I'm also off all sugar, caffeine and alcohol until then :)
