Our kiddos both have a gluten sensitivity so we usually avoid bread of all kinds. That being said, we did discover a simple, organic sourdough einkorn flour bread at our local farmer's market this summer which everyone seemed to digest really well. I think you are on to something about how properly selected and prepared ingredients can really create a food that is nourishing and can be healing. Thank you for sharing 🌱

I can see how that would make a difference. Einkorn flour is an ancient grain....the way grains should be. It hasn't been over hybridized/changed through the years. I love using ancient grain flours. The flavor is just so rich and the nutritional value is superior to cultivated grains these days. I'm glad you found something you can enjoy! :)
