Steem price is showing sharp rise and falls. It is over up 130% in last 24 hours! Isn't it unusual? It may be a result of pump and dump. Will it be good for Steem token?

Noticed it's the same with all cryptocurrencies? I checked they are all rising only Steem dropped but it's still way more as in the past year.
