A TINY SNAPPING TURTLE
They don't get much smaller than this!
I was not expecting to see this when we were fishing on Friday, but there it was! Snapping Turtles are one of my favorites, and they can turn into some massive beasts. However, just like with many other creatures, they start off rather small and fragile. It was a real pleasure to run into this one. Enjoy the photos!
