Chaat (delicious snacks) are the staple of Indian street food. Popular snacks include kachori, pani puri, bhel puri and masala puri, with basic ingredients like rice, peas, vegetables and spices. Chaat originated in northern India and gradually spread to all corners of the country, including here in Nepal.
