Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una figura en Origami que es el arte de crear figuras u objetos con una sola hoja de papel. La figura que realizare hoy es una cara de Tigre, esta figura la haré inicialmente con papel iris y luego haré otra con papel reciclado para contribuir con el medio ambiente, si tu la deseas hacer la puedes crear con cualquier tipo de papel, aunque recomiendo el iris gracias a su facilidad para hacer los dobleces.

Today I want to share with you an Origami figure that is the art of creating figures or objects with a single sheet of paper. The figure that I will make today is a tiger face, this figure I will do initially with iris paper and then I will make another with recycled paper to contribute to the environment, if you want to do it you can create it with any type of paper, although I recommend the iris thanks to its ease of making folds.

Antes de iniciar a hacer la figura debemos disponer de una hoja cuadrada no importa el tamaño, eso va en tu decisión, en este caso haré la cara de un Tigre en Origami con una hoja iris explicando el paso a paso y luego haré la misma figura pero con una hoja reciclada. A continuación el paso a paso de la cara de Tigre de Origami:
Debemos tomar la hoja y doblaremos una punta hacia el extremo contrario realizando un corte diagonal, de esta manera nos quedara un triangulo. A continuación podrás ver el gif explicativo de como se debe hacer correctamente.
Before starting to make the figure we must have a square sheet no matter the size, that is your decision, in this case I will make the face of a Tiger in Origami with an iris sheet explaining the step by step and then I will make the same figure but with a recycled sheet. Here is the step by step of the Origami Tiger face:
We must take the sheet and fold a point towards the opposite end making a diagonal cut, in this way we will have a triangle. Below you will see the explanatory gif of how to do it correctly.
Cuando tengamos el rectángulo dejaremos la punta de la mitad hacia abajo y la base del triangulo hacia arriba. Tomamos la punta derecha y le llevaremos hacia la punta inferior, luego repetiremos el proceso con la punta izquierda. A continuación los gifs explicativos.
When we have the rectangle we will leave the tip of the half down and the base of the triangle up. We take the right tip and we will take it to the bottom tip, then we will repeat the process with the left tip. Below the explanatory gifs.
En el siguiente paso doblaremos la punta de paso anterior hacia arriba en diagonal haciendo el doblez maso menos en la mitad, teniendo en cuenta el total de la punta, repetiremos el paso con la otra punta como podrás ver a continuación en los gifs explicativos.
In the next step we will fold the tip of the previous step upwards diagonally making the fold more or less in half, taking into account the total of the tip, we will repeat the step with the other tip as you will see below in the explanatory gifs.
Ahora tomamos la punta superior y la llevamos hacia el centro hasta que tope con las orejas del Tigre, luego debemos doblar la punta inferior hacia el centro. A continuación los gifs explicativos de como se debe hacer.
Now we must fold the bottom tip towards the center, then we take the top tip and bring it towards the center until it stops with the Cat's ears. Below are the explanatory gifs of how to do it.
Luego tomamos la punta derecha que forma un triangulo y la doblamos hacia el centro, luego repetimos el proceso con la otra punta como podrás ver a continuación el los siguientes gifs explicativos.
Then we take the right tip that forms a triangle and fold it towards the center, then we repeat the process with the other tip as you can see below in the following explanatory gifs.
To finish we will turn the figure to work on the opposite side, then we fold the lower point towards the center, then we will fold the lower point down as follows.
Ya para terminar le daremos la vuelta a la figura para trabajar por la cara contraria, luego doblamos la punta inferior hacia el centro, luego dicha punta la doblamos hacia abajo de la siguiente manera.
Por ultimo decoramos la cara del Tigre, yo he decidido hacerle ojos, la nariz y las rayas características, pero tu podrás decorarlo como prefieras. A continuación podrás ver como quedo finalmente nuestro Tigre.
Finally we decorate the face of the Tiger, I have decided to make eyes, nose and characteristic stripes, but you can decorate it as you prefer. Then you can see how our Tiger is finally left.
