Photography : Captured the Sun Setting Over the Horizon

Hello Everyone,

I happened to witness the beauty of sunset this evening. I was fortunate to have my phone with me at that moment, else would have missed the opportunity to share the beauty of nature with you.

The sun rises as early as 6:00 am here in Navrongo, Ghana. Temperatures can get as high as 45⁰C during the afternoons with unbearable heat being dissipated throughout the day. The rain begins from late June to September followed by the dry season which is awfully hot in May and April.

Everywhere is dry during the dry season. Weeds and herbs die as leaving only trees that have deep roots to absorb water from deep within the earth. Thus plants are adapted to growing deep roots in this savannah.
As can be observed from the photos, the land stretch is void of weeds and herbs with crops dying out due to lack of water
