The Red Grasshawk (Neurothemis fluctuans) Stuck In The Spider Web

Flight does not always go smoothly, as experienced by a male Red Grasshawk. He hit the spider's web and got stuck on it. He kept trying to escape, but it was in vain because the sticky cobweb kept smothering his body. One hind wing was broken and it almost slipped from his body.

It was an unlucky day for him, but on the other hand, it was lucky for the 'host', who was none other than the Orb-weaver spider. But when the Red Grasshawk was hit by an accident, I didn't see the spider at all. Perhaps it had not returned from hunting for prey. I could tell it would be pleasantly surprised to see that its web was already served with prey to eat.

Neurothemis fluctuans, known commonly as The Red Grasshawk or Grasshawk dragonfly, is a species of dragonfly belonging to the Libellulidae family. This species is often found in almost all countries in Asia.
