Welcome to Eastbourne Sea Front
It was mother's day in the UK yesterday so we had a family morning out to our local beach in Eastbourne, UK.
Normally, the beach is layered with stones which act as a flood defence but since we've been locked down for over a year, they haven't replaced the stones which have been washed away, so the beach is much more sandy now. I prefer the sand although I'm glad that we don't get flooded. Here are a few snaps of our morning, with the beautiful sunshine (although it was cold).
Sharing these pictures also serves as a reminder to me of how lucky we are to have this on our doorstep.
