The 7 Elements Contest - Steemit is Waiting For You

The pleasant @belenguerra has asked us to talk about the elements in another amazing SteemGeography contest, and this here is my entry.

So, among the seven elements, I am going to write here about the one which I consider my favorite. Without further ado then, here it is...

Now why did I pick the element Air as my favourite amongst all the elements?

It is simple, Air plays a vital part in enabling life amongst all living organisms. For humans, Oxygen is our lifeblood, and once one no longer breathes, one is considered dead.
For plants, carbon dioxide is their lifeblood, and without it plants won't grow. The relationship between humans and plants is one which is defined by the kind of air that each organism breathes and emits.

Now I am no science genius, but I do know that even water is represented scientifically as H2O. Correct me if I am wrong, but that is two Hydrogen molecules, and one oxygen. Get my drift now?

Even with fire, air is key. Because without air, even fire would not stoke properly. So for me air is quite important even amongst the various elements.

Regarding my experience with this element, the first thing to talk about is quite simple. I breathe, same as you, and same as all the other wonderful Steemians who may come across this post someday. We depend a lot on air, and that makes it a vital element for each and every one of us.

I am tempted to make a funny reference about the famous air-bender character but I am actually running out of available words.
