Holaa, espero que se encuentren bien, me uno a esta maravillosa iniciativa creada por @belenguerra titulada "Preséntate en Steem Geography". Cunado lo leí me gustó mucho, esto ayuda a que nos conozcamos más, nuestras raices, culturas, lugares alrededor del mundo. Así que sin más que agregar, comencemos!

Hello, I hope you are well, I join this wonderful initiative created by @belenguerra called "Introduce yourself in Steem Geography". When I read it I really liked it, this helps us to know each other more, our roots, cultures, places around the world. So without further ado, let's get started!

1-¿Cuál es tu nombre?

Rosa Mariam Parra Lizardo, me encuentro actualmente estoy estudiando Contabilidad. Por otra parte estoy en etapa de aprendiz para ser algún día profesional en maquillaje artistico. También me interesa mucho el mundo de los idiomas.

1-What is your name?

My name is Rosa Mariam Parra Lizardo, I am currently an accounting student. On the other hand, I am in the apprenticeship stage to one day become a professional makeup artist. I am also very interested in the world of languages.

3- ¿En qué país vives?

Venezuela, un País hermoso de Suramérica, además de ser un país petrolero es un lugar donde prevalecen muchas tradiciones y culturas, las personas te tratan con alegría, hay una diversidad de relieves alrededor del país, es decir que hay lugares muy cálidos, tropicales y otros muy fríos donde hasta nieve ha caído, los paisajes son muy lindos la verdad.

3- In which country do you live?

Venezuela, a beautiful country in South America, besides being an oil country is a place where many traditions and cultures prevail, people treat you with joy, there is a diversity of reliefs around the country, ie there are very warm places, tropical and other very cold where even snow has fallen, the landscapes are very nice indeed.

4- ¿Cuál es tu pueblo o ciudad?

Vivo en la ciudad de Cabimas, está ubicada al occidente del país. Algunas curiosidades para personas de otros países es que en nuestro estado predomina el voseo y en el resto del país el tuteo, salvo en algunas zonas donde fue adoptado en pequeñas partes. Aunque el que nos caracteriza a nosotros se diferencia mucho.

Una de los hechos más relevantes de mi ciudad es que acá fue el ‘reventón’ de un pozo petrolero llamado “El Barroso II”, el cual tuvo 9 días seguidos emanando petróleo sin cesar con un aproximado de 100.000 barriles por día. Dando así a conocer nuestro país como uno de los más petroleros del mundo. Ese hecho histórico ocurrió en la década de 1920.

4- What is your town or city?

I live in the city of Cabimas, located in the western part of the country. Some curiosities for people from other countries is that in our state the voseo predominates and in the rest of the country the tuteo, except in some areas where it was adopted in small parts. Although the one that characterizes us is very different.

One of the most relevant facts of my city is that here was the 'blowout' of an oil well called "El Barroso II", which had 9 days in a row emanating oil without ceasing with an approximate of 100,000 barrels per day. Thus making our country known as one of the most oil-producing countries in the world. This historic event occurred in the 1920's.

5- Menciona 3 cosas que te gustan más de tu vecindario (o del lugar en el que vives)

Me gusta el hecho de que queda cerca de la playa, y aunque la playa no está en condiciones de uso al público debido a su contaminación, hay un pequeño parque y es un buen lugar para ir y estar un rato para despejar la mente mientras se siente la brisa y se observa la playa, la verdad me agrada mucho estar en ese sitio. También hay tiendas, farmacias y restaurantes cerca. Y mis vecinos son muy agradables, a pesar de que no podemos estar en contacto por lo del covid, igual nos mantenemos en contacto de otras maneras y nos ayudamos en lo que podamos.

5- Mention 3 things you like the most about your neighborhood (or the place where you live)

I like the fact that it is close to the beach, and although the beach is not in conditions for public use due to its pollution, there is a small park and it is a good place to go and spend some time to clear your mind while you feel the breeze and watch the beach, I really like being in that place. There are also stores, pharmacies and restaurants nearby. And my neighbors are very nice, even though we can't keep in touch because of the covid, we still keep in touch in other ways and help each other in any way we can.

6- ¿Qué te encanta de #steemit?

Se puede compartir todo lo que sabemos hacer, desde nuestras habilidades o talentos hasta lo que hacemos en nuestro día a día, crean concursos para que todos participen y con ello además de ser dinámicas se ganan recompensas por hacer algo que por gran parte te gusta y te entretiene hacer.

Hay variedad de comunidades donde podemos navegar y encontrar distintos usuarios con los cuales podemos interactuar y crear vínculos, explorar su contenido los cuales nos podrían ayudar y de los cuales podríamos aprender. En Steemit todos somos ganadores.

6- What do you love about #steemit?

We can share everything we know how to do, from our skills or talents to what we do in our day to day, they create contests for everyone to participate and with this, besides being dynamic, we earn rewards for doing something that for the most part you like and you enjoy doing.

There are a variety of communities where we can browse and find different users with whom we can interact and create links, explore their content which could help us and from which we could learn. In Steemit we are all winners.

7- ¿Por qué te gusta Steem Geography Community?

Viajar es una de las cosas que más sueño con hacer, actualmente con la pandemia y la cuarentena es algo imposible de hacer ya que debemos prevenir y quedarnos en casa. Y explorar el contenido en Steem Geography es algo que me transporta visualmente a distintas partes de mi país y del mundo. Además de elevar ese sueño y motivarme mas para hacerlo realidad luego de que todo esto se reduzca y normalice. Es un agradable lugar donde puedo aprender más.

7- Why do you like Steem Geography Community?

Traveling is one of the things I most dream of doing, currently with the pandemic and the quarantine is something impossible to do since we must prevent and stay at home. And exploring the content on Steem Geography is something that visually transports me to different parts of my country and the world. As well as elevating that dream and motivating me more to make it a reality after all this slows down and normalizes. It is a nice place where I can learn more.

8- Comparte una foto del lugar más cercano a tu casa que más te guste

Anteriormente les mencioné que cerca de mi casa estaba la playa, una de las orillas del Lago de Maracaibo, es un sitio al cual ir en las tardes es maravilloso por el ambiente de calma que se puede disfrutar allí, el viento y el sonido de las olas. Un lugar muy tranquilo para pasar ratos agradables en solitario o en compañía.

8- Share a photo of the place closest to your home that you like the most

I previously mentioned that near my house was the beach, one of the shores of Lake Maracaibo, is a place to go in the afternoons is wonderful for the calm atmosphere that can be enjoyed there, the wind and the sound of the waves. A very quiet place to spend pleasant moments alone or in company.
