A call to deliberate on world issues

Introduction
Greeting steemians, I am delighted to be taking part in this contest and also grateful to @bright-obias,@belenguerra,@badshal for setting up this contest.
They personal interest, neglect, corruption and bad governance of our leader has brought undevelopment,unemployment,
poor medical care, insecurity just to mention a few in our country Nigeria.

Main point

Nigeria, a country bless with natural resources such as crude oil, coal, tin, to mention a few. A country that bears the title THE GIANTS OF AFRICA has now become one of the countries topping the chat of the record of the poverty rate and under developed countries both in Africa and in the world . The gaint of Africa are about to lose that title or let me say have lost the title due to the personal interest of our leader.
Our leader don't have the interest of the citizen at mind rather the are filled with their own selfish interest and desires. Therefore our country now suffer from
Unemployment: They rate at which we have unemployed youths in Nigeria is alarming. Graduates from University are now jobless and take part in menial jobs to secure a living.
Poor medical facilities: Due to lack of proper medical facilities in Nigeria hospitals, the lives of the citizen are at risk. I heard of a woman who lost her life because the hospital was short is oxgyen.
Most of our doctors here in Nigeria now travel to developed countries where they can access good medical facilities.
Insecurity:it no longer news, the recent happen in Nigeria ,especially in the northern part of Nigeria. The life is a cow is now valued to that of a human being . People are being killed and it as now been seen as a common thing as nothing is being done about it.

They cost of thing are very high, they eletricity which we supply to other countries is now a problem as there are bearly light. They crude oil use in making petroleum now sell for a very strange and costly price.

Another problem in this country from my perspective is diversity in ethinc group. Nigeria has over 300 ethinic group, this also can make the way of reasoning and understanding differ between us.

As a citizen of Nigeria and also a young student it leaves a big question mark on my future . Our educational system is gradually falling. Just recently the Academic staff union of universities (ASUU) went on strike due to unpaid salaries and right now Academic staff union of polythenic (ASUP) are on strike due to the same reason.
As a result of this , Nigerian youth are the run to securing their future as the expect nothing from the government.

Clearly their has been on going agitation of the freedom of Biafra, and this might bring another chapter in the story of the fight of freedom for the biafrains .

The necessary changes that are to be made if I was given an opportunity to lead are numerous as the problems of the country are, but from my lasting solution to the problems of nigeria. I will give all state they authority to manage and account for their own resources and revenew,their buy giving the federal government a part of their income.
By so doing ,each state will be fully responsible for the development of the state depending less on the federal government .
