Our Muslims celebrate a festival called Eid which is a day after fasting for a whole month which we call Eid so it is our Eid today in which we all shop and this Then we take these cooking items. Due to that day the markets were very crowded and there was no place to set foot. I would like to tell you what I have seen in the bazaar today, fruits etc. I will go into detail about them. First of all

STRAWBERRY

First I saw the fruit of strawberry which was looking very beautiful. Its color is red as you know.It costs 100 rupees in the market of our province. It has many benefits.

STRAWBERRY'S BENIFITS

Strawberries have many benefits and it is a very tasty fruit. Strawberries are bright red, juicy, and sweet. They're an excellent source of vitamin C and manganese and also contain decent amounts of folate (vitamin B9) and potassium. Strawberries are very rich in antioxidants and plant compounds, which may have benefits for heart health and blood sugar control. The juice also tastes very good

PEACH

And the other fruit I saw today is very good in color. Many people were buying it in large quantities. People who sell peach fruit were seen in large numbers in the market.

I saw only one fruit seller in the whole bazaar who weighed one kilo. LOQUAT

The fruit of the loquat belongs to a yellow color This fruit is also very rare in the market like cherry fruit. This is also a very expensive fruit in Pakistan. Loquat is a fruit plant. loquat is a large evergreen shrub or tree, grown commercially for its orange fruit and for its leaves for tea originated from China and imported to Japan during Tang dynasty at early medieval ages, and also cultivated as an ornamental plant.

LOQUAT'S BENIFITS

loquat fruit is very delicious. Benefits of Loquat fruit includes lowers blood pressure, may lower risk of cancer, helps calm respiratory system, an immunity booster, helps you lose weight/aids digestion, a brain protector, keeps cholesterol at healthy levels, promotes bone health, great for the circulatory system, helps diabetics, great for eyesight, helps lower inflammation and excellent for healthy diets.
