THE HUMAN TALE... NATURE AND NURTURE

in Steem Geography3 years ago

Fertilization happens when a sperm meets and penetrates an egg. This usually, but not always happens through sexual intercourse. Everytime a man ejaculates about 55million sperms are released. Of course not all of these sperms will go on to become babies. Only about 15 sperms are able to make it through female reproductive tract simply because for sperm, the journey is always extraneous.

The sperm passes through the opening of the cervix, travelling into the fallopian tubes, there in the tube, the sperm will penetrate and fertilize an egg... this is called conception. Within about 3-5days of conception, the embryo travels down the fallopian tube towards the womb, or uterus where it will implant in the uterine, at this point, it is called pregnancy.

Medically, pregnancy is measured from the "first day of the last period", even if fertilization happens several days after the period has ended (for example, a woman whose most recent period began on August 1 and fertilization occured on August 14, the next day the woman will be two weeks pregnant even though fertilization just happened.

WITHIN 1 to 4 WEEKS "CONCEPTION"

NATURE
cells are the building blocks of tissues, all cells experience changes with aging, Because of cell and tissue changes, organs also change as one age.. One symptom very commonly associated with aging is wrinkling. After the age of 20, we produce 1% less collagen in the skin each year which results in the skin becoming more brittle over time hence vital organs begins to lose functions as we age to adulthood because they become larger and are less able to divide and multiply
