Hello, my beautiful friends! I hope your day is going amazingly!!

I'd like to share a movie that I watched in 2014 and it was the one that inspired me to take my first trip alone. I made my trip 3 years later, lol, but it was one of my biggest sources to understand that it was possible.

What's the movie about?

Cheryl is a young woman that has different issues, related to her ex, with her mother and she tends to lose herself to alcohol and sex, well... in fact she is trying to avoid herself.

So one day, she realizes that she needs to make something that impacts her, she needs to put herself out of her comfort zone, so she decides to make trekking for 1600 kilometers on the Pacific Ridge Trail, and she knows that's something that she has to do alone, by herself.

So she goes for it, and the movie it's about that trip. She begins in one way, carrying out heavy baggage, wanted to be the city girl that she was in her town, but the walk is extremely transformative. She had decided to put herself out of her comfort zone, and that means being able to lose control.

And that's exactly what happens, the trip forces her to that. There is a point in the story when she simply releases herself to what the place and life have to offer. She relaxes completely the tension and surrenders to life, and that's the beginning of a trip far from space, but deep inside her heart.

I recommend this movie to all those who want to make a change in their lives if you watch it, it's for sure that you'll change the way you are watching your life.

De qué trata la película?

Cheryl es una mujer joven que tiene diferentes problemas, relacionados con su ex, con su madre y tiende a perderse en el alcohol y el sexo, bueno... de hecho está tratando de evitarse a ella misma.

Entonces, un día, se da cuenta de que necesita hacer algo que la impacte, necesita salir de su zona de confort, así que decide hacer una caminata de 1600 kilómetros por el Pacific Ridge Trail, y sabe que eso es algo que debe enfrentar sola.

Así que ella va a por ello, y la película trata sobre ese viaje. Comienza de una manera, cargando un equipaje pesado, queriendo ser la chica de ciudad que era en su pueblo, pero la caminata es tremendamente transformadora. Había decidido salir de su zona de confort y eso significa poder perder el control, así que debe ser capaz de dejar que todo fluya.

Y eso es exactamente lo que sucede, el viaje le enseña eso, al principio a la fuerza. Hay un punto en la historia en el que simplemente se entrega a lo que el lugar y la vida tienen para ofrecer. Ella relaja completamente la tensión y se entrega a la vida, y ese es el comienzo de un viaje lejos del espacio, pero hacia el fondo de su corazón.
