The story of X in Algebra

The symbol X in new mathematics has a very azing story as the algebra itself had been created in Arabic countries Khwarizm at that time when Alkhawarizmy invented the new science he referred to the unknown value asa (SHAI) and as Sheen was not preferable letter in latin they used the word Kai or symbol Kai in the latin which is written as X and in the new Englis the Kai letter looks like X so now we all use X as latin has no Sheen
