One should have an open mindset where we try to learn from everything that happens.This is probably the best method to become rich without even trying.
When do we retire?
We should retire when we have made up enough money that your " money makes even more money" without you doing anything (passive income).
Its like planting a saplings and giving it water everyday but at one point it can survive on its own even if you dont provide it water.This can be compared to passive income explained above^^.
