Raspberry Cheesecake 🍰

Today I share with you this very simple and delicious recipe.
Ingredients:
-400 gr of Burgos cheese.
-3 ʜbig new
-3 ᴄ medium tablespoons (or dessert) of sugar and honey
-2 ᴄ tablespoons of sugar + 2 tablespoons of water to caramelize the mold
preparation:
ᴄaramelize the primwro mold (I do it directly in the microwave.

Finely beat the ingredients and pour into the caramelised mold. Bake 180 degrees / 35-40 minutes. Garnish with raspberry jam and natural raspberries.
