HOW TO MEDITATE USING THE FULL MOON

Things Needed

• The Full moon day,
• Much Local Salt,
• One white candle,
• One glass or metal bowl that can hold about 2ltr of water,
• Rain/river /well water.

Procedure

When the moon is Full,
Very late in the night where nobody will disturb or will interrupt u,
You need a very quiet environment to this simple and powerful direction.
First of all, get fully naked, without wearing ear rings, necklace, ring and waist beads,
Get a handful of local salt to draw a circle on the floor, a circle that is wide enough to take u, the candle and the bowl inside,
First draw the circle while u standing outside the circle, put in the bowl of water inside and the candle(light the candle first) to,
Then u join with ur right leg being the first step in the circle before ur left leg,
Now, sit like a Muslim facing the bowl of water and the candle,
Take a deep breathe and then first focus on the flame of the candle, all ur mind set should be on the flame for at least 3min,
Then u turn and look at the moon for at least 3min there u will start feeling some vibration in ur body(yes nature is powerful ) you will feel the vibration if u focused seriously,
When u start feeling the vibration, it means you're connected with the moon and nature
Then u look inside the water very closely for at least 3min,
Then u start praying in ur mind, (your problems, breakthrough, sickness, barrenness, poverty, unemployment etc), pray and say all ur problems in ur head without opening moth.
U must wait and continue praying until at least ⅓ of the candle has burn off,
Then u stand up, put the candle in the water and pick up some of the salt on the floor and put in the water also,
Stand up and repeat your prayers, this time, u can open ur moth and pray in a low voice,
Then u use the water in the bowl to wash or wipe urself while still praying,
After that, sweep the salt and the candle and dispose it off where nobody will touch it again 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
