What I do to relieve stress and anxiety?

Hello, everyone here in Account Booster Community. Before I start with my topic, I just want to thank @kryptodenno for introducing me here to this community. This is a great community that supports each other, I salute the founder of Account Booster Community @seo-boss and each member of this community.

Stress and Anxiety can happen to anyone, mostly because of too much demand placed on us, being under lots of pressure, facing big changes, and a lot more can trigger stress and anxiety, but the question is how to handle it?

This is my own way of relieving stress and anxiety:

• I write poems, songs, and letters for myself about how I feel that moment.
• I watch inspirational and motivational videos on YouTube, sometimes I also watch movies.
• I look for quotes to read that can motivate me.
• As much as possible, I don't go on social media sites because there is too much negativity in it.
• I don't let myself be alone, I go talk with my family or go to a friend's home.
• I consult a very close friend of mine or one of my siblings about what I'm feeling and they just let me cry to let out the burden in my heart.
• Taking a deep breath and calming myself.
• Lastly and my best way of relieving stress and anxiety are to pray and talk to God.

So there it is, I am not claiming that this will work for everyone, but I hope somehow it will help you guys.
