Wednesday Diary [Aug 27]
Hi, there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. In this post, you will find a short Wednesday Diary!
Wednesday Diary
I woke up at around 4:45 am and went to the mosque to attend the Fajr prayer. After talking with my mother over Facebook Messenger, I went for a second round of sleep. I woke up at 7:40 am, had my quick breakfast with oatmeal, and went to the clinic for the morning shift of duty. The shift ended at 12 pm.
After returning home, I had a bath and my elder son and I went to the mosque for the Zuhr prayer. After lunch, I worked on the laptop for a short period. Then, I helped my son with his studies for some time. Later, I had a short afternoon nap. I woke up at 3:40 pm, prepared quickly, and joined the evening shift of work at 4 pm. It ended at 9 pm.
At work, on Wednesday, I consulted 29 patients in my chamber. There was an emergency case. An expat fell from his bicycle and got multiple abrasion wounds on many parts of his body. There were abrasions on both forearms, knees, fingers and toes, and chin. Luckily, he didn't get hit on his head or chest! He didn't break any bones either! We cleaned the wounds, put ointment, gave painkiller injections, and some oral medicines.
On Wednesday, I couldn't walk on the treadmill. However, according to the Fitbit app, I managed to make 8697 steps on Wednesday. In the night, after 9 pm, I again helped my son with some of his homework and went to bed after 10:30 pm!
Okay. That's all for today. Alhamdulillah, I am alive, healthy, and thriving. How about you?
