Macro: Curculionidae "Snout Beetle"

The beetle that I photographed today is a snout beetle or Curculionidae - source that I found while looking for macro photography objects in my yard. The snout beetle that I saw had a gray body that would be seen moving between the green plant stems. When I approached to take pictures, some of the snout beetles were seen walking, some were mating.
