Ingredients:

For the mass:

🔹75ml butter, melted
🔹240 ml milk
🔹8-10 g of brewer's yeast
🔹1 egg
🔹1 pinch of salt
🔹Vanilla

For the internal filling

🔹80g butter, melted to spread
🔹100 g of granulated sugar
🔹110 g brown sugar
🔹15g cinnamon

For the vanilla frosting

🔹240g icing sugar
🔹15 g butter, melted
🔹1 spoon of vanilla
🔹4-5 tablespoons of warm milk

Preparation:

Dissolve yeast in part of the milk.
In a bowl, add the flour and sugar and then add the dissolved yeast and the remaining milk
Lightly knead and add the beaten place with the melted butter.
Add the salt and vanilla.
Knead, form a loaf and leave to rise until doubled.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle measuring 35 cm by 60 cm, spread with melted butter and fill with the mixture of the two sugars and cinnamon.
Roll up and cut 3-5 cm thick cylinders (must be 18)
Put them in a greased mold and let them rest for 35-40min.
Preheat the oven to 190 °, lower to 170 ° and cook for about 17 minutes.
Remove from the oven and glaze with the vanilla sauce (the sauce is prepared by mixing all the ingredients).
