Bakba with hazelnut and dark chocolate🍫🌰👩🏻🍳
Ingredients:
✔️500 g of flour
✔️1 egg
✔️60 g granulated sugar
✔️250 ml milk
✔️10 g fresh brewer's yeast
✔️60g butter
✔️1 teaspoon of salt (5 mg)
✔️Vanilla
For the filling:
✔️Hazelnut (about 350 g)
✔️100 g of dark chocolate
Preparation:
Dissolve the brewer's yeast in a little warm milk. Put the flour, the sugar in the mixer and add the dissolved yeast, mix a little, add the egg and the vanilla. Then the salt and finally the soft butter in 3 times. Let it rest (about 2 hours). Roll out the dough into a sheet of about 60X30 and fill with hazelnut and dark chocolate pieces, roll and cut the roll in half, cut the first roll in half on the long side and twist to form a braid (see in the video) . Place in the molds, add a few more pieces of dark chocolate and let it rise again (40-50 min), brush a little milk and bake at 180 ° for about 30 min. The chocolates.
