Aquaculture is the farming of aquatic animals such as fish, shellfish, seaweed, and other plants. It is very important to have aquaculture in our environment because it changes our immune system with its protein.
They are used to make some drugs, and also they use them to cook food such as soup, stew, even noodles, which are used in place of meat in food. And also they have dangerous aquatic animals inside the water, such as sharks, crocodiles, es, etc.
Discuss the types of Aquaculture
Farming of fish: It is good to farm fish. They are animals that have scales all over their body. They breathe through gills, for example, such as tilapia, crayfish, catfish, and electric fish.
Shellfish farming: These are animals that have shells and live in water. They cover themselves to avoid the dangerous ones, so that they cannot be eaten. Such animals are clams, oysters, mussels, etc.
Talk about the challenges encountered in Aquaculture and the solutions to those problems
The rate of farmers in this aquaculture is not high; there are not many farmers. If aquaculture has many farmers investing in it, it will make you richer than land farmers.
