It's type of food that's love by all. Especially in southwestern part of the country where it turn into cassava flour for the benefits of mankind. Cassava peel are also use to feed animals once it goes through drying process. It serve as carbohydrate for animals who eat dried cassava peel in order to gain more energy and strength.
