Music is so powerful. It can influence the mood and emotions of a human being. When you are feeling sad just turn on some music and it will change your mood. Certain dance tunes can get you out of your chair and cause you to shake the body vigorously. It’s even so good for body-work out, therefore stay healthy and fit as you spare off some time to listen to some music as well as dancing to some tunes.
I am thrilled to see so many participants in the weekly contests run by @donatello within the music and dance community. There are a variety of contests that you will love to participate in. These will keep you motivated and very active on the steem blockchain.
By participating in the various music and dance contests, you have the opportunity to develop your singing and dance skills and talents. There are 5 key projects that run on a weekly basis including; the dance contest

Having fun online is part of the reason why we are all here on the steemit platform. I guarantee you that you will not get bored seeing all those plenty of entertaining video content from the different steemit users all over the world.
Come for the community, stay for the rewards. There are plenty of great rewards up for grabs for the participants and they vary according to the number of participants and resources available.
Personally, I am passionate about dancing. Luckily enough I won 1st place in the dance contest for week 179. You can check out that article for details about it.
