The classic masterpiece! `Moon river`
Today, I arranged and played Moon River, the famous OST of Breakfast, in the classic movie Tiffany.
It is a 1961 song written by Johnny Mercer and composed by Henry Mancini.
And that year, it was used as the theme of "breakfast at tiffany`s" in the American movie , and the version of the lead actor Audrey Hepburn singing with a guitar is beautiful.
It was named Academy Award winner in 1961 and Grammy Award Record of the Year in 1962.
Since then, it has been arranged by many musicians, and it is still one of the most memorable masterpieces.
Moon river, wider than a mile
I'm crossing you in style some day
Oh, dream maker, you heart breaker
Wherever you're going, I'm going your way
-The lyrics of Moon river-
Two drifters, off to see the world
There's such a lot of world to see
We're after the same rainbow's end, waiting, round the bend
My Huckleberry Friend, Moon River, and me
Two drifters, off to see the world
There's such a lot of world to see
We're after that same rainbow's end, waiting, round the bend
My Huckleberry Friend, Moon River, and me
