Heres a song of mine influenced by an old Bulgarian folk text. I havent used the original melody, just the words which are maybe 300 years old.

English translation:

Those who have mothers and fathers
shall stay till the end
Those who have great families
shall roam till the end
Those who have beautiful lovers
shall love till the end
