Hello fellow Steemians,
In this video I am doing 10 pull-ups, 17 abdominal crunches and 18 press ups. I try to repeat these exercises 3 times with a 2-3 min rest between each round.
This a great work-out for your arms, back and abdominal muscles.
Summer has arrived so I can finally train in a t-shirt.
