Hello friends, this time I come with a new challenge that I set myself, previously I could only lift a maximum of 20 KG in BICEPS, this time I have managed to lift 30 kilos in 5 repetitions, I will continue to show my progress, a hug.
Hola amigos esta vez vengo con un nuevo reto que me propuse, anteriormente solo podía levantar un máximo de 20 KG en BICEPS, esta vez he logrado levantar 30 kilos en 5 repeticiones, seguiré mostrando mi avance, un abrazo.
